Mukkpet respects the rights and interests of every consumer. In order to effectively improve customer satisfaction and avoid unnecessary conflicts, we will deal with problems in transit as soon as possible to help you receive the e-bike faster. At the same time, we urge consumers to read the shipping policy before purchasing, so as not to cause unnecessary losses and affect the shopping experience.

No tax is needed for each e-bike. Please check the shipping area below. For certain places, we might not deliver and cancel the order.

Shipping Area:

The US only (exclude AK,HI,PR and Guam) And we DO NOT ship to APO, PO BOX address. If you have your bike sent to an APO address and it is refused and you wish to cancel your order, we will charge $150 restocking fee may be applied.

    Ship From: US local warehouses.

            Free shipping & tax applies toeach e-bikes and accessory of American order.
                Shipping Time:
                  • In-stock products typically ship within 1-3 business days, and Tracking Number will be provided within 2 business days.
                  • Pre-sale products refer to the product page. Please subscribe our website, shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email before we shipped out.
                  • 3-7 business days for your shipment to arrive to your address. Shipping time depends on the distance from warehouse. Also, you can track the order on our website. If you find that the order status is abnormal, please contact us via email. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
                        *  Business-days: Monday - Friday ( excluded holidays and weekends ).
                    Shipping carriers: ( FedEx & UPS )
                        • The signature is needed when delivered by FedEx.
                        • If you choose to use any other shipping carriers, we can not provide any shipping information or document.
                        • There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when FedEx scanned the items. If the logistics info has no any updated within 3 days, please contact us timely.
                        • If you haven’t received the e-bike, but the order status shows the item had delivered and signed. PLEASE CONTACT US IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS,and provide the screenshot of the order status or family cam video( if you have one ) to help us solve it in the shortest time. After 3 business days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the FedEx to solve this issue.
                        • Mukkpet is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise due to mishandling by the shipping carrier.
                            Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation:
                              Changes:
                              • Change address before shipping*: No charge.
                              • Shipped but changed successfully in transit: $20 will be charged.
                              • The customer refuses the goods without contacting us in advance or the order is not delivered successfully due to the customer's reasons: $150 will be charged & $150 repackaging fee. ( More details refer to the ‘Return & Refund Policy’)
                              • Delivered at original address and need to re-send : $150 will be charged.
                              Cancellation:
                              • Cancel order before shipping*: No charge.
                              • Cancel after shipping: $150 as a cancellation fee and $150 for re-stocking fee. ( More details refer to the ‘Return & Refund Policy’)
                                    *  Before we provided the tracking number.
                                Notes:
                                    1. We do not ship to Canada currently. If you use other service to ship your bike, you need to responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with the import.
                                    2. Shipping times can be affected by force majeure factors. If you have not received the items based on the estimateddelivered time showing on our website, please kindly contact us.
                                    3. Shipping time will be delayed during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit the operations during these time. If the information has not appeared or updated on the courier’s website, please contact the support email in time.
                                    4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (except bikes with quality issues) For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our ‘Warranty’and ‘Return and Refund’, which are incorporated by reference and form a part of these Terms.
                                    5. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam, and do not ship to PO Box or APO address.
