1. Does the GL/Suburban/Breeze/Tank/NINJA use torque or cadence sensors?

 They all use cadence sensors.

 

2.What is the class of the GL/Suburban/Breeze/Tank/NINJA?

The GL/Suburban/Tank is class 2 ebike.

The NINJA/Breeze is class 3 ebike.

3.How to turn on or off cruise control on M6C display?

Long press "+" and "-" to enter the parameter setting interface, switch to the P17 interface, set it to 0 to turn off cruise control, and set it to 1 to turn on cruise control.

 

4.How to reset ODO to 0 on M6C display?

Long press "+" and "-" to enter the parameter setting interface, switch to the P16 interface, long press the up(+) button to clear it to 0.

 

5.What should I do if the M6C display speed is incorrect?


First, you need to confirm whether the parameter of P07 is 1. If the parameter of P07 is 1, it means that the speed is displayed correctly.

Long press "+" and "-" to enter the parameter setting interface, switch to the P07 interface, and adjust the value to 1.

6.How to restore the factory settings of the M6C display?

Long press "+" and "-" to enter the parameter setting interface, switch to the P16 interface, and long press the up(-) button to restore the factory settings.

 

7.Can I ride my ebike in the rain?

The ebikes are designed to handle some exposure to moisture, riding in heavy rain is not recommended. If you do ride in the rain, be sure to dry the bike thoroughly afterward to prevent rust and corrosion.

 

8.Can I use an ebike on bike paths and trails?

This depends on local regulations. Many places allow ebikes on bike paths, but some trails may have restrictions, especially for higher-powered models.

 

9.Can I ride an ebike without using the motor?

Yes, the e-bikes can be ridden like a regular bicycle without motor assistance. Simply turn off the motor, and you can pedal as usual.

 

10. Where is the ebike shipped from, and how long will it take to arrive?

Our ebikes are shipped from California (CA) and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.
